Manicure :
You should get a manicure done 3-4 times a month at home or at a parlor to take care of your nails. If you want to do a manicure at home, buy the necessary cosmetics from a good market. These are nail cutter, nail brush, nail buffer, nail polish, nail polish remover, small towel, small bowl, emery board, sterilized towel, orange stick, Apply cute callus remover lotion, cream or olive oil, beauty callus scissors and coat nail enamel or natural enamel. First, cut your fingernails into an oval shape. If you don’t want to cut your nails, rub them with an emery board from the corner to make them semi-circular. When rubbing your nails with an emery board, be careful to rub from the corners to the middle, never from the middle to the corners. Rubbing will not make your nails smooth and beautiful. If you have nail polish on your nails, soak a ball in nail polish remover and press it against each nail to clean it thoroughly. Apply cream or olive oil to each nail. In a small bowl, mix shampoo and a pinch of salt in lukewarm water and soak your fingers for twenty minutes. Then clean your nails by scrubbing them with a nail brush. Now wash your hands with normal water and dry them with a towel. Before applying nail enamel, you can increase blood circulation by rubbing your nails with a nail buffer. After half a minute, rub each nail. Using a buffer makes the nails shinier and improves the health of the nails by increasing blood circulation.
Pedicure:
You should get a pedicure two to three times a month. Along with the list of things given for a manicure, you will need a medium bucket, ust add a pumice stone or foot scrub brush or scrubber. How to do a pedicure at home – Use nail enamel remover to remove old nail enamel, just like you would with fingernails. Cut your nails with nail clippers. Cut your toenails straight across, not round. Smooth the cut nails with an emery board, do not make a round shape, rub straight on one side. Mix shampoo and a little salt in a bucket of lukewarm water. Now soak your feet for twenty minutes. Lift one foot and clean the nails with a nail brush. Now clean the other foot in the same way. Scrub it with a scrub brush or foot scrubber. If your feet are very rough or have black marks, rub them with a pumice stone to smooth them out and remove the marks. Clean the corners of your nails with an orange stick.
