Various problems occur in skin and hair in summer. Therefore, skin and hair need to be taken care of separately during this time. It is mentioned below in sequence_

Due to excessive sweating from the body in summer, dust and dirt easily stick to the skin. As a result, the pores of the skin become clogged. Therefore, you should wash your face 3-4 times a day with a mild face wash. In addition, you should scrub your skin 3-4 times a week to remove dead skin and blackheads.

Excessive sweat and dust can clog the scalp. So shampoo at least 3 times a week. Also, don’t forget to apply oil to your hair before shampooing.

Homemade face packs are very good for the skin. You can make a pack with yogurt, sandalwood, tomato juice and aloevera and apply it. This will prevent sunburn.

Before going out, be sure to apply sunscreen with a sun protection factor. Keep wet facial tissues, sunscreen lotion, and lip balm with you. If you are outside for a long time, apply sunscreen occasionally. Before that, wipe your face well with a wet tissue. During this time, lips get dry, so use lip balm more than once. Also try to keep an umbrella with you.

In summer, the skin looks dull due to excessive sweating. Spray water on your face every day after applying sunscreen and wash your face gently.

Apart from water, drink fresh juice. You should also eat fresh vegetables and fruits. It is better to avoid fried and overly spicy foods during this time.

Wear light makeup. It is best to use light shades for makeup in summer.

If you are going out in the sun for a long time, protect your hair with a scarf and hat.

If you have long hair, tie it up tightly without leaving it open. This will reduce the heat. You can also cut your hair short at this time.

De-tan your skin with homemade bleach. Mix one teaspoon of curd, one teaspoon of gram flour and lemon juice together. Apply this mixture on your face and neck. Then leave it for 15 minutes and rinse well with cold water.
