How to take care of hands and feet during monsoon

It is better to keep your fingernails and toenails short during the rainy season. And if you want to keep them long, take care of them regularly. If your feet have been soaked in muddy water for a long time during the rainy season, cool the water in which a handful of neem leaves have been boiled and add a teaspoon of baking soda to it and soak your feet in it. After fifteen minutes, wipe your feet and apply petroleum jelly. Avoid walking barefoot as much as possible.
Get a pedicure:
Getting a pedicure is very important during the monsoon season. You can easily get a pedicure at home once a week. To do a pedicure, first heat three liters of water. Then mix one cup of white vinegar and one teaspoon of salt in the water and soak your feet in it. Then soak your feet for a while with mild shampoo. Now scrub your feet with a sponge and clean your feet including your nails. Then, if possible, use a foot pack. Then, wipe your feet and apply moisturizer lotion.
Use a pack:
Use a pack on your feet after your pedicure. It will protect your feet and keep them shiny and smooth. To make the pack, mix lentil paste or gram flour with water or raw cow’s milk. Apply the pack all over your feet. Wash it off when it dries.
Want shoes suitable for monsoon:
Instead of Converse sneakers or cloth shoes, use sponge or rubber shoes this season. Wearing sandals that are too low can cause mud to stick to your feet. So, during the rainy season, wear sandals that are a little higher and have a slightly curved toe. However, it is better not to wear pencil heels during the rainy season.
